TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

Our suppliers have informed us that, from the beginning of April 2026, the prices of raw materials will rise significantly: from silicones to resins, colours and solvents, stabilisers and additives, and adhesives. The costs of fabrics for packaging and boxes are also rising, as are the costs of printing company details and instructions for use. Over the next six months, due to the global conflicts we are all witnessing, there will be a 200 per cent increase – and in some cases up to 300 per cent – in material costs.

Shipping costs have already doubled due to rises in fuel prices.

HOW ARE WE RESPONDING?

We were alerted by our suppliers and have tried to purchase as much material as possible at the previous price, but stocks will run out quickly.

For this reason, we have managed to absorb the costs for a while and will continue to do so wherever possible. Our team has also sought alternatives for many of the materials we use, but we cannot do so for the silicones we use; we will always rely on the world’s leading manufacturer, who guarantees that the quality of these materials will meet our highest standards.

 

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR PYMANDER’S CUSTOMERS?

We will continue to work hard to find alternatives; however, the ongoing rise in costs will soon put us in the difficult position of having to pass on a portion of these cost increases to the final price. We have chosen this option rather than compromising the safety and quality of our products.
